The condo is in The Rose, a beautiful building of just 30 units. There are two levels of covered parking, and five floors of condos. With an elevator and a top-notch security system.
The spacious living area has two large sets of sliding glass doors onto the balcony. It's furnished with reclining love seat and sofa, reading lamps, a wet bar, and a fireplace. The dining area seats six.
The master suite also opens onto the balcony for wonderful beach sounds at night.
We've tried to provide everything we could think of that a visitor might enjoy - 55" HD TV in the living room, plus TVs in two of the bedrooms. VCR and video disk players. Beach toys. DSL modem. Washer and dryer. Full kitchen. Blenders, toasters, coffee makers - even an electric juicer for those Florida oranges!
